First, high-quality carbon steel flat bars and twisted square bars are selected and precisely cut according to customized specifications. The raw materials are leveled and polished to ensure uniform thickness and flat surface. Then the flat bars and cross bars are positioned and pressed welded by fully automatic high-voltage resistance welding equipment, forming firm integration without loose or falling bars. After welding forming, the edges are neatly cut and trimmed to ensure smooth and regular overall dimensions. Burrs and sharp corners are removed through finishing process. Subsequently, the finished grating undergoes professional hot-dip galvanizing treatment, forming a thick and uniform zinc layer on the surface to enhance anti-rust and anti-corrosion ability. Finally, all products are strictly inspected for welding firmness, load-bearing performance, size tolerance and galvanized layer quality. Qualified steel gratings are sorted and packaged for shipment.
