Application:

Production process:

First, high-quality metal raw sheets are strictly selected and leveled to ensure flatness and uniform thickness. According to customer specifications, professional CNC punching equipment is used for precise automatic punching. The punching position, hole diameter and spacing are precisely controlled to ensure consistent opening rate and neat hole edges. After punching molding, the mesh sheet undergoes flattening, deburring and surface polishing to remove sharp edges. Then surface treatment is carried out, including hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, PVC coating, spraying or oxidation treatment to enhance anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. Finally, all products pass strict inspection for size accuracy, surface flatness, hole uniformity and structural stability. Qualified meshes are cut into standard sizes or customized sizes for packaging and delivery.
